Giovanni is a lawyer.
He joined Fabrìque in 2020 after working for eight years as an internal lawyer, with roles of responsibility, in Telecom Italia S.p.A. and collaborating with leading law firms, first in Milan and then in Turin.
He mainly deals with administrative law, providing assistance and advice to public and private entities. He also works in the energy, environment and procurement fields, as well as in the telecommunications.
He provides assistance before administrative, civil and accounting Courts. In the context of M&A operations he takes care of aspects relating to regulatory and authorization profiles.
He is author of publications on the subject of public procurement and was a member of the editorial board of the journal specialising in criminal law and procedure "Legislazione Penale".
He speaks and writes in English, French and Esperanto.
