She deals with industrial and intellectual property law, offering assistance and advice in the care and defense of trademarks, domain names, patents, designs, know-how, and copyright. She handles litigation in these matters before the Business Courts and related contractual matters, including license and assignment agreements, co-branding agreements, coexistence between trademarks, software development, and secrecy agreements.
She has also gained specific experience in the area of competition law.
She deals with communication and advertising law by assisting companies in related issues, taking care of the prior evaluation of advertising campaigns, and supporting companies in contracting and media relations.
She has also gained significant experience in the food sector, dealing with food law.
She also handles commercial contracts, including international ones.
