Andrea Ballarè
Andrea is a Certified Public Accountant and Auditor.
Founding and managing partner of Ballarè Brustia Sponghini e Associati, the latest evolution of a professional career that began individually in 1995 and gradually developed through aggregations, acquisitions and mergers of firms with other professionals in the sector.
He deals with corporate, organizational and management consulting, business development, internationalization and business sustainability, as well as business crisis management and insolvency procedures.
He serves as statutory auditor and board member in major Italian companies as well as auditor of local authorities, public entities and public sector investee companies of significant size.
He has been a member of the national assembly of the Cassa di Previdenza e Assistenza dei Dottori Commercialisti and the Novara Association of Chartered Accountants.
He holds the position of “Italian Certified Consultant” at the IICUAE (“Italian Industry & Commerce in the United Arab Emirates”) and expert for internationalization at CEIPIEMONTE.
He was Mayor of the City of Novara from 2011 to 2016, president of ANCI Piemonte, ANCI national manager for productive activities, and a full member of the Italian delegation to the Committee of the Regions based at the EU in Brussels.
