In November 2023 Fabrique Avvocati Associati and the accountants of BSAssociati (Ballarè Brustia Sponghini e Associati) announced the strategic integration between the two firms, with which Fabrique is opening a desk in Milan.

With about thirty professionals, including lawyers, certified public accountants and labor consultants, the project aims to provide strategic advice, particularly in M&A transactions (acquisitions and disposals of company shares and business units, leveraged buy-outs, management buy-outs, generational handovers and due diligence activities) and business internationalization. Focuses, composed of lawyers and accountants, are also established on specific industries industries such as real estate, energy, and food, among others. Particular attention is then paid to the application profiles of artificial intelligence and sustainability.
